Hybrid working arrangements
Dear Mrs. Delmotte,
We are writing to you in light of the recent communication regarding hybrid working arrangements.
This announcement has generated significant discourse across our international sites in Airbus, particularly regarding the alignment of these shifts with our broader strategic goals and the necessity for a unified approach to our collective performance.
In our role representing the workforce, we have fielded numerous inquiries from colleagues seeking to understand the rationale behind these changes. It is critical that we clarify the legitimacy of these measures and ensure they are implemented in a way that respects existing commitments. After all, there are also national regulations that remain in force.
Given the priority we place on operational excellence and collective efficiency, we request that the agenda for the upcoming SE-Works Council include a comprehensive presentation detailing the implementation procedures.
We believe it is essential to establish absolute clarity regarding the underlying drivers for these decisions, ensuring that every member of Team Airbus understands how these shifts support our ongoing commitment to delivery, quality, and on-site collaboration.
We trust that this forum will serve as a catalyst for transparency and count on your support to provide this essential clarity to all our colleagues.
Best regards,
Jean-Marc ESCOURROU (FO)
Chairman of the SE-Works Council
